You are a “Member” if you have registered with MyNestwell and/or purchased one or more MyNestwell Services.
You are a “Provider” if you have registered with MyNestwell and/or purchased one or more MyNestwell Subscriptions as a maternal wellness provider.
The term “User” refers to Visitor or a Member. The term “Provider” refers to a Provider.
Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, that is voluntarily submitted by Users and Providers of our Website, such as (1) your name and contact information (i.e., phone number, postal and billing address, and email address); (2) your login and password; (3) demographic data (such as your gender, date of birth); (4) personal history (such as your education, credentials, professional affiliations); (5) other personal information (preferences); and your payment and credit card information. MyNestwell disclaims any legal duty to verify the accuracy of any personally identifiable information that you provide beyond what may be required by law for the particular purpose for which the information is to be used. MyNestwell may also automatically log non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from Users of the site. Users may choose not to receive email of these types by following opt-out instructions contained in such emails or by changing their notification settings under the “My Account” section of the MyNestwell Website. MyNestwell does NOT collect, accept or retain any medical records, files, documentation, or information from you and/or your medical professionals. Any medical records, files, documentation, or personal medical information received by MyNestwell will be refused and/or destroyed. Any medical information or personal information you share verbally with any Provider listed on MyNestwell during your participation of a Service will not be retained, stored, transcribed, or transmitted by MyNestwell.
The MyNestwell Website may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the website, and understanding how Users and Providers use the website.
Cookies can also help customize our website for Users and Providers.
